Last night, my father took me into the city - to the Malioboro street, we walk together in the center of hilarity, many people there. And my father said "Son, we will go to the Vredeburg Fort, you will see vintage bicycles there." So, I approve it, and I was surprised in that place.

Wow, there are many kinds of vintage bicycle here. "Onthel", that's what people call this bicycle, is very unique. "Onthel" is an old bicycle with oldies color scheme and build. This bicycle was introduced by Dutch and British.

There are many Onthel communities that join this event, some communities using their special costume. They dress their-self with '45 soldier costume, or vintage costume. Most of them are old, and they are rarely young.

And I was interested with some "Onthel" bikes. The color, unique factors, rare factors will attract the visitors, or maybe buyers. Yep, some bikes are for sale. Collector price, of course.
Onthel of trash - or Onthel Gembel. A bike with trash cover it's body
There is a "Onthel Gembel" community too, they attended this event, to introduce their-self as "Gembel-ers". They wanna say to us "Bike and life is simple and creative". "Onthel Gembel" is a fantastic art, though.

When I walked into the area, I hear someone yelled. And people appalausing into some men that biking in shirtless condition. I asking to the leader of that bikers. He wants me to call him "Biker" (not the real name, just a nickname) so, I call him Mr.Biker. He is from Jakarta, he and his team biking from Jakarta to Jogjakarta, about 5 days and through about 600 kilometers.

Wew, and I found a strange bike. The trellis on it's wheels are different in length. So, If you ride on it, you will feel like jumping, because the wheels is not stable.
